personal data. As a part of your use of the platform, the information and the personal data you provide to us may be transferred to and stored
in countries other than the country you are based in. This may happen if any of our servers are, from time to time, located in a country other
than the one you are based in, or one of our service providers is located in the other country.

CATEGORY OF PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT AND ITS LEGAL BASIS
The information as detailed below is collected for us to be able to provide the services chosen by you and also to fulfil our legal obligations as
well as our obligations towards third parties as per our User Agreement.
“Personal Information” of the User shall include the information shared by the User and collected by us for the following purposes:
- Registration on the Website: Information which you provide while subscribing to or registering on the Website, including but not
limited to information about your personal identity such as name, gender, age etc., your contact details such as your email address,
postal addresses, telephone (mobile or otherwise) and/or fax numbers. The information may also include information such as your
banking details (including credit/debit card) and any other information relating to your income and/or lifestyle; billing information,
payment history, etc. (as shared by you). - Other information: We may also collect some other information and documents, including but not limited to:
i. Transactional history (excluding banking details) regarding your e-commerce activities and buying behaviour.
ii. Your usernames, passwords, email addresses, and other security-related information used by you concerning our Services.
iii. Data either created by you or by a third party and which you wish to store on our servers, such as image files, documents, etc.
iv. Data available in public domain or received from any third party including social media channels, including but not limited to
personal or non-personal information from your linked social media channels (like name, email address, friend list, profile
pictures or any other information that is permitted to be received as per your account settings) as a part of your account

v. Information pertaining any other traveler(s) for who you make a booking through your registered redBus account. In such a
case, you must confirm and represent that each of the other traveler(s) for whom a booking has been made has agreed to have
the information shared by you disclosed to us and further be shared by us with the concerned service provider(s).
vi. System Data: Technical data about your computer or device, like your IP address, device type, operating system type and
version, unique device identifiers, browser, browser language, domain and other systems data, and platform types.
vii. Usage Data: Usage statistics about your interactions with the Services, including content accessed, time spent on pages or the Service, pages visited, features used, your search queries, click data, date and time, referrer, and other data regarding your use of the Services.
viii. Approximate Geographic Data: An approximate geographic location, including information like state, city, and geographic coordinates, calculated based on your IP address. The data listed above is collected through the use of server log files and tracking technologies. It is stored by us and associated with your account.
HOW DO WE GET DATA ABOUT YOU
We use cookies, which are small text files stored by your browser, to collect, store, and share data about your activities across websites,
including on Indirail. They enable us to remember details about your visits to Indirail, such as your preferred language, and to make the site
easier to use. We may also use clear pixels in emails to track deliverability and open rates.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
Indirail collects and uses Personal Data for the purposes described in this section. Indirail may share such Personal Data for these purposes
with third parties.
- While making a booking:
While making a booking, we may use Personal Information, including payment details, which include cardholder name, credit/debit card
number (in encrypted form) with expiration date, CVV, banking details, wallet details, etc., as shared and allowed to be stored by you. We may
also use the information of the travellers’ list as available in or linked with your account. This information is presented to the User at the time
of making a booking to enable you to complete your bookings expeditiously. - We may also use your Personal Information for several reasons, including but not limited to:
i. Providing the Site and our Services: We use Personal Data that you provide to us in order to allow you to access and use the Site and in order to provide any information, products, or Services that you request from us.
ii. Technical support and security: We may use Personal Data to provide technical support to you, where required, and to ensure the security of our Services and the Site.
iii. Updates: We use Personal Data collected when you sign-up for our various email or update services to send you the messages in connection with the Site. We may also archive this information and/or use it for future communications with you, where we are legally entitled to do so. keep you informed of the transaction status; Your usernames, passwords, email addresses and other security-related information used by you concerning our Services. send booking confirmations either via SMS or WhatsApp or any other messaging service; send any updates or changes to your booking(s); allow our customer service to contact you, if necessary; customize the content of our website, mobile site and mobile app; request for reviews of products or services or any other improvements; send verification message(s) or email(s); Validate/authenticate your account and to prevent any misuse or abuse.
iv. Analysing and improving the Site and Services: We use Personal Data and share such Personal Data with third-party service providers, relating to your use of the Site and Services to record and analyse how learners interact with the Site, its features and content, and our Services. This analysis may involve using techniques such as machine learning or AI tools. We use this information to better understand demand for Indirail’s and Partners’ offerings, inform Indirail Site and product developments, and build higher quality, more useful Services.

Disclosure to Indirail Contractors: We use various third-party service providers, vendors, and contractors (collectively, “Contractors”) to support Indirail’s activities, including the purposes listed in this section of the Privacy Notice. WHAT IF WHEN YOU REFUSE TO SHARE YOUR INFORMATION?
Where we need to collect personal data under the terms of this policy and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract (for example, to provide you full access with the Platform/services/mobile application). In this case, we may have to cancel or limit your access to the Platform/services/mobile application.

All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers. USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC)
Indirail may provide an option to its users to post their experiences by way of reviews, ratings, and general poll questions. The customers may also have an option of posting questions w.r.t a service offered by Indirail or posting answers to questions raised by other users. Indirail may also hire a third party to contact you and gather feedback about your recent booking with Indirail. Though the participation in the feedback process is purely optional, you may still receive emails, notifications (SMS, WhatsApp, or any other messaging service) for you to share your feedback. The reviews may be written or in a video format. The reviews written or posted may also be visible on other travel or travel-related platforms.

RETENTION OF YOUR DATA
We only store your personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes listed in this policy. Retention period for records will be based on the
type of record. We retain your information till such period that is required for the purposes of us to meet your requests on our platforms after either the
termination of your account on the Platform in compliance with the legal rights and obligations and statutory requirements.
CHILDREN POLICY
You must have attained the age of majority to be able to use or access our platform. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, your registration and use of our
platform must be with the supervision of an adult. As a parent or legal guardian, please do not allow your minors under your care to submit Personal
Information to us. In the event that such Personal Information of a minor is disclosed to us, you hereby consent to the processing of the minor’s Personal
Information and accept and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and take responsibility for his or her actions.
However, if the Company is notified that the personal data of individuals below the age of majority has been collected by us, without user or parental consent, we shall take all necessary steps to delete such information from our servers. We invite Users to submit feedback and suggestions, make service requests, and submit details of grievances on the Platform. Please note that such content may be available to visitors to our Platform.
